Diggers' line at Nui Dat. This was luxury at its best, even the showers worked if you bucketed enough water into the holder before you started (and were very quick).
 
 
This lady, Lorrae Desmond called us her boys. She put her heart and soul into every performance she did in Vietnam. She dressed for the occasion and bent over quite a bit, so that anybody who missed seeing her belly button either was not there or was gay. During the show I attended, we were on ready alert, packed and ready to be called out at a moments notice, I and all the rest of my company did not think we would be there for the end. As it was we were not called out until the next day. This concert, in the pictures below, was for the POGOs (non-combatants), you can tell by the deck chairs and lack of rifles (we even took a loaded rifle to the loo), we had to sit on the ground.
